Rules for SpringHill Fire Department Toonie Draw

RULES

1. At any of the following locations, please do the following. At the RED SPRINGHILL FIRE DEPARTMENT box, take a registration form, CLEARLY fill it out, put the half with your name, phone number and email into the box. Keep the other half for your records. Take a sticker from display, CLEARLY write your number from registration onto the sticker, put it on your toonie and put it in the box. If you wish to play more than one toonie per week, you must register another number. Play each number ONLY ONCE a week. LOCATIONS (All located in Springhill): XTR, Gaurdian, Pharmasave, Foodland, Needs.

2. You must have your toonie with your number attached to it in the RED SPRINGHILL FIRE DEPARTMENT box by 3 pm, each Tuesday. The draw will be every Tuesday evening between 5pm and 8pm at the Springhill Fire Hall - 9 Main St, Springhill, NS.

3. The draw is from all registered numbers played within 6 months, not just toonies played that week.

4. Once you register a number, it is yours for life.

5. If a registered number is drawn, but not played that week, another number will be drawn until a winner is drawn.

6. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date.

7. You can prepay your toonie number(s) by placing a sticker with your number on it onto a bill or cheque. Please ensure total sum of bills are multiples of two. Cheques can be made out to Springhill Fire Department Association Toonie Draw. Please DO NOT prepay with toonies. Only ONE TOONIE per number, per draw.

8. Members of the Springhill Fire Department are ineligible to play.

9. In case of discrepancy, the master list of the Springhill Fire Department Association Toonie Draw supersedes all other lists.

10. The Springhill Fire Department Association Toonie Draw reserves the right to make changes without notice.

11. All players must be 19 years or older to play.
